Sage Business Cloud Email Fail/unable to send and received

Dear Sage Business Cloud Accounting member, 

We would like to inform currently we are investigating a potential issue with the mail service issues on sending out email from noreply-accouting.sage.my since 27 August 2020.

Our teams are working hard to solve this issue and aware of an issue also affecting customers.

We're continuing to monitor the service.

In between, our best advice for a temporary solution is to generate the transaction & distribute the transaction via manual.

    We are aware of an issue relating to sending emails from the Sage Accounting to @hotmail.com and @outlook.com email addresses. We are busy working on resolving the email sending issue.

    Description of the incident

    Some users are experiencing a delay when emailing to certain email addresses. This error does appear to be intermittent. 

    Next Steps

    Our Product Team is investigating the matter to find the cause and solution, and feedback will be provided once received.

  • Some emails have been cleared and are being delivered.

    Our internal teams are liaising and working with our service providers to find a permanent solution as there are still instances of email delivery delay.
    We do apologise for any inconvenience.
  • Our internal team has remedied an issue regarding the email delay.
    There has been some success with email deliveries going out.

    However, we are still investigating with our service providers an alternate issue that is also creating a delay in email delivery.

    Our incident team is investigating and considering all possible resolutions. We do not have a clear resolution timeline as yet,

    Our internal team is still liaising with our service providers locally and internationally regarding this issue. 
    We are seeing some success with email delivery, however there are isolated instances of delivery delay.
