Unable to log in as manager

Anyone Any idea. I have a student on my course who has just downloaded Sage Accts v27 (training company license) . She set up company originally for class and she gets the attached screenshot.

She tried doing yes, as I know this can happen if system crashes.. When she says yes, asks for password.. She puts it in and then nothing.. Shuts sage down. Tried logging in on pc as administrator and tried modifying program but nothing.. Any idea
