Customer return without reference

Hi, 

I would like to take customer return,

1. Customer return is without any delivery/invoice  reference as  

2. Rate must be picked from Stock based on lot selection/product selection as average cost

how can this be done

    Hi 

    I have taken a look and I could not find a way to pick up a lot without without selecting the delivery from the left hand list.

    I performed a quick test using a serial numbered item and for this type of product I could pick up my batch without using the left hand list.
