Syracuse 12.14.5.1 Installation Instructions

Question

I have downloaded the Syracuse 12.14.5.1 hotfix but when unzipped it doesn't contain the expected .jar file. Instead, I see a number of files & folders: 
 
 How do I install the hotfix please?

 I've tested and uploaded the zip-file again, so it should be OK now.
