Sage X3 Purchase Ordering

Hi does anyone have any advice on how do manage electricity bills on Sage X3 e.g. via call-off orders? Any ideas for other areas like rent, recruitment agencies etc?

    I suggest investigating the A/P-A/R accounting > Invoicing > Recurring customer invoices functionality.

    This is the first part of the online help:

    Use this function to create and maintain invoices for receivables that occur on a regular basis such as monthly rent or service contracts. The reference invoice is the first recurring invoice and serves as the template for each recurring invoice. You can define the frequency and interval for recurring invoices.

    That seems most suited to both being able to call off and handle expense accounts such as electricity bills, rent, recruitment agencies etc. I would suggest reading this help to see if it fits your needs.
