The SEI life cycle is to provide technical support for 24 months after a version is released.   To confirm the End of Support date for your SEI version, refer to the SEI Life Cycle document in the SEI Online Help ( https://onlinehelp.sageenterpriseintelligence.com/Latest/en/Life-cycle.htm )

It is recomended for you to be running the most recent version of SEI.
