Sage recommends that the latest MongoDB version is installed.

For customers running Sage X3 version 11 or version 12 who are running MongoDB version 4.0 or 4.2, the following updates are available:

• For MongoDB version 4.0, a new compatible release (mongo-db-4.0.27.2.jar) is available for download on the Sage X3 FTP server
• For MongoDB version 4.2, a new compatible release (mongo-db-4.2.17.1.jar) is available for download on the Sage X3 FTP server

Sage recommends that you review MongoDB installations used with Sage X3.
