The issue has now been resolved and the Case Management Portal is now available.
We will no longer be monitoring the [email protected] mailbox.
Latest Update as of 12.10 PM:
- An emergency release to fix the issue is currently being built
- We have temporarily removed the Web2Case option from our Help Centre and have added a message to inform customers of the issue.
We will be monitoring the [email protected] mailbox for the remainder of the day and will update as soon as we have more Info regarding the resolution.
