After completing a test update using the test updates option in the updates function (Administration, Utilities, Update, Updates, Test Update)

The update status will indicate “Success” even if there are errors in the update logs. 

This issue occurs in 2021 R2 AND 2021 R3 only. 

For 2021 R2, You can apply Hotfix  WX_258913_R090_026

For 2021 R3, You can apply Hotfix WX_259012_R090_027

Before applying any Hotfix, please complete your own testing before implementing it into a live environment
