I am sure everyone is already familiar with the "Prerequisites Overview" page which highlights that Internet Explorer browser is no longer certified/supported with Sage X3. 

Until now, it was possible to use IE, if you really had to.. however with Syracuse 12.10 (2021 R1) onwards, Internet Explorer can no longer be used.  After login, you will see a blank screen and nothing happens!

Hopefully all your customers are familiar with Microsofts recomendation to use Edge rather than IE, so have already discontinued use of IE in their organisations.
