V12 Patch 24 has been delayed but a copy of the archives was posted on the FTP site before the issue was reported. It has now been removed and will be replaced when the issue has been addressed.

Please note that the archives should only be downloaded from the FTP site once the relevant Patch article has been updated on Sage City.
