Welcome back to the second instalment of the Finance round up!

V11 P19 Released

Firstly, Sage has recently released Sage X3 Version 11 Patch 19.  You can find links for the latest patches for all versions here.

The main change for many customers is a fix for the Fixed Assets Revaluation. There was an issue with the depreciation calculation where the revaluation did not occur in the first period of the fiscal year. This has now been fixed.

There are also additions for GER, POR and SPA legislations as follows

• Germany (GER) - The Umsatzsteuervoranmeldung and Dauerfristverlängerung have been updated for 2021
• Portugal (POR) - QR code printed in Sales documents
• Spain (SPA) - Two new declaration forms are provided for Spanish companies: Form 115 and Form 303.

Hotfix for V12 P25 (2021 R1)

We also have a Hotfix available for V12.0.25 (2021 R1) - this resolves two issues in Common Data, BPs, Customers (GESBPC) and an issue in Common Data, Products, Product - Sites (GESITF).  Please see the full Alert here.

Hotfix for V12 P24 (2020 R4)

There is a hotfix available for a critical bug that was preventing the user from entering the Period Dates on the BP Customer (GESBIC) and Supplier (GESBIS) Invoices. This is fixed in V12 P25 (2021 R1) and a hotfix is available on demand from your local customer support for V12 P24 (2020 R4). Please reference X3-229457 in your request.

• KB108617 - Warning: The data that are being updated are locked by another user (Locking error on Symbol...)
• KB109463 - Error: "No payment to process" during the Payment Proposal
• KB109567 - Error: "Mandatory dimension on dimension view" in the Group Ledger during the Year End Closing
• KB108845 - Inability to run conversion variance for an entity in X3 V11
• KB109378 - Accounting cancellation error on a payment
• KB109392 - Modifying the company, deletes fiscal periods and years
