Suggestion:

SPS to have support for Windows 10 scaling, cleartype etc

Background:

When using the Windows 10 scaling function, cleartype doesn't appear to work with SPS resulting in blurry text.

To override this, under properties > Compatibility > Change high DPI settings > Override high dpi scaling by application.

This means that while the rest of apps that allow scaling will be larger, SPS should be normal. However, this causes a problem with Timesheet notes.

Workflow:

Timesheet > Add New Entry > (enter details) > OK > Add New Entry > "Note" field is missing on subsequent entries.

Workaround:

Restart SPS or disable DPI override.
