EIR Excel Integration

Question

Hi All, 
 
 I am running Sage Accounts Production 18.40 and trying to connect to excel (Microsoft 365 64 bit) but neither the Sage tab nor the COM Add Ins are appearing in excel to make the connection. 
 
 Does anyone know what download is needed to make the live connection to Excel? 
 
 Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Conor, Thanks for using Sage City, and my apologies that this post has not been answered more quickly. I hope this has been resolved for you in the mean time, but if not, in the first instance we would recommend updating the software to v19 and then v20. You can dowload the latest version by logging in to www.sage.co.uk alternatively, there's some more information about updating in the following article: gb-kb.sage.com/.../viewsolution.jsp If the issue persists it may be related to corrupt files and could require an unistall / reinstall to fix the issue, if you need further support with this I would recommend starting a webchat here > K ind regards, Andy Sage UKI
