On trying to correct a rounding difference between the balance sheet and the fixed assets note I came across a problem. The system will not let me amend a figure to correct the rounding. I was informed by the Sage helpdesk that there is no way to correct this apart from going through the entries on the ledger. From past experience correcting an error this way usually creates others elsewhere. Why do you make it so difficult to make a rounding adjustment. The Helpdesk only suggestion was to leave it. To me this is sloppy and is not the way I would want to present accounts. Can someone take this on board and correct this soon.
