Thanks for your post. 

The 150 new clients that you would like to upload into SPS, are they current customers in sage line 50? 

If they are then you can import them from your sage line 50 into SPS following these steps: 
1. From the menu bar choose Help, click Contents, the Sage Practice Solution Help screen appears.
2. From the Contents tab choose Connecting your Sage programs, click Import Sage 50 Accounts clients (customers).

So with SPS there is no easy way to Batch import - You can create a lot of customers at once with Sage line 50, and then follow the above steps to match them and create them in SPS
