Is anybody else having a problem producing ixbrl accounts for Revenue?

The option button appears to be greyed out on my accounts.

I have sent a support query to Sage last week but still have not received any advice

Good Morning, sorry for the delayed response on this. When you go to print selections you have to highlight the description of the selection you want to run before pressing IXBRL. It would be greyed out if it was highlighting a set of account's you would not run IXBRL for. I hope this help's
