Pension correspodence letters

Hello, please can someone inform me if I can send pension correspodence letters at any time of my pay period. Specific can I send the letters after updating? Thank you

    Your query depends on which correspondence you're referring to. We have several guides available in our Help Centre to support you with communicating pension changes to employees. You can see Pension Notification Letters & Pension Re-enrolment Duties for example.

    If you're looking to inform your staff how automatic enrolment applies to them, you must do this within 6 weeks after your duties start date. However, if you're unsure we recommend you visit The Pensions Regulator's website (opens in a new window) to find information about your obligations.
