Cyclical re-enrolment date. Auto reset +3 years?

When does the cyclical re-enrolment date get reset to 3 years hence? I hit the auto re-enrolment date a couple of payrolls ago (and processed that re-enrolment) but the date on the pension module is still set as the old date.

Can you advise further, possibly send us a screenshot of where you are seeing the old pension date and we can take a look at this for you.

In general the cyclical re-enrolment date is set in the program by the end user, and the original date of staging will remain the same. We have more information on cyclical re-enrollment on this guide here;
