NI Category Issue

Question

I've had notification through from HMRC that someone has the wrong NI Category - someone 21 or over with category M. They don't give a name (which isn't helpful). I've checked through everyone with category M and can't see anyone. Is there a way running a check through Sage Payroll?

 Apologies for any delay in responding to your query. 
 You can check the category selected in Sage Business Cloud Payroll by clicking into the 'employees' tab and clicking into each employee, you will see the NI category applied (and can amend this by clicking edit it the top right as required)
