It may be worth checking in the Pay Day Calendar options. Your staff may be on a weekly calendar, and you are possibly set up on a separate monthly calendar. If I understand correctly as you complete each pay roll chronologically Sage moves on to the next payroll due date (either weekly or monthly). This may be a starting point for you.
