No Employees EPS

On the sage business cloud online payroll there is no option to tell HMRC that no payment is due for a month as there is on the desktop software.

Client has been assessed for PAYE and even though YE has been done HMRC will not update without the Nil EPS so having to use payroll basic tools.

I have been told that comments on this forum get passed on to the developers. Can this please be added to the online software so that employers can submit the necessary reports to HMRC?

Have you completed the Final EPS in your Year end tab? If so this would need to be completed and may be what HMRC is requesting
