Employment allowance

We haven't claimed Employment Allowance for last 4 years we changed to Sage cloud payroll this year - contacted HMRC and they say I have to claim electronically. How do I claim for prvious years using sage?

Hello,

Thanks for contacting us using Sage City, apologies for the delay in getting back to you.

You wouldnt be able to put in a claim through SBC for previous years you would need to do this through HMRC basic tools. To claim the allowance in the current year below is the guide on how to do this.
