I have the following error whilst attempting to submit smart pension submission

Error   This National Insurance number is currently in use, please use a different one.  (/data?attributes/national_insurance_number)

This is my first pay run with sage and first attempted submission.

Never had problems entering onto smart manually.

Any clue anyone, doesn't seem to state which entry is a problem either.
