change from monthly to 4 weekly

We have just started on payroll cloud. on last system we were paid last Friday of the month, now changed to Friday every 4 weeks. For first payment run it would have been 26th April (being lst Friday in months) but now it is 3rd May. Everyone is expecting payment on 26th April....how can I do this?

Hi Listerdale,

We wouldn't recommend moving from monthly to 4-weekly in Sage Business Cloud as this can cause overlaps.

We would recommend changing the pay frequency at the start of a new tax year.
