VAT Return failing as it says i'm not authorised for MTD when I am?

I am having exactly the same problem yet again!  I am incensed.  Last day to submit too so I'm in deep trouble if I don't get my 3 companies through the GG

I am bang up to date with software updates too.... V 26.2.139.0

I am over number 20 in the sage queue too and have been for well over an hour..... I have left my number to call but to be honest don't expect them to.... I think Sage have naffed me off for the very last time with this MTD palaver...... 

The link between Sage Desktop and HMRC isn't working at the moment. Sage have advised that they are working on it and to keep trying to submit every hour.

Thanks Sophie, I have managed to complete my CIS return through SAGE no problem but VAT doesn’t want to know!

It really is a palaver! The guy I spoke to at HMRC said he had several people with the same problem ringing up....

I have just spoken to Sage - eventually got through... and they say it isn't them its the HMRC system thats actually down .... and that we should keep trying.

The Sage lady said that HMRC are saying that if we have a deadline and we miss it then there won't be aby penalties...

Who to believe then....hmmm....

I've just got all 3 of mine through

When i did the first one a tax file popped up from HMRC so I saved it to downloads then all 3 went through... goodluck
