Sage Making Tax Digital Connection Issue

I am trying to submit my first VAT return and when I get the following message:-

This program cannot display the webpage
 
 

Most likely causes:

  • You are not connected to the Internet.
  • The website is encountering problems.
  • There might be a typing error in the address.
 

What you can try:
 
Check your Internet connection. Try visiting another website to make sure you are connected.
 
Retype the address.
 
Go back to the previous page.

    Thanks for using Sage City. I’m sorry for the delay in my reply, we’ve currently transitioned to a new system and are catching up with answering outstanding queries.

    Is it Sage Business Cloud Accounting you’re using or Sage 50cloud Accounts?
