I think Ray's reply relates to Sage 50 Accounts. Unfortunately there isn't a memorise / recall function for journals in Sage Accounting. As a workaround, you can copy previous journals so you could effectively use them as templates to avoid repetitive keying, but I would suggest adding journal templates as a request on the product wish-list.

Yes, I used to use these all the time in Sage 50. Just gone over to cloud so looking like quite a few new things and workarounds to learn. Thanks.
