Connection With HMRC for VAT Issues

Hi, I tried to connect to the HMRC for VAT but when I give it to authenticate it says "Sorry, there was an error with connecting to HMRC please try again."
Any ideas or help?

    This error message can be given in several scenarios.

    It can be caused by intermittent HMRC issues as well as problems with MTD authentication - but there is additional information that we would need to obtain from you in order to investigate- as such it is best addressed with a call to our Support team on 0191 479 5911
