Hi Robert,
Can you try to delete the failed CIS Report and then attempt to run a new one? That should resolve the problem.

Thanks for getting back to me, unfortunately I have tried this several times and it keeps failing to generate. It pops up saying it's taking longer than usual and a draft will be generated, but then it fails. I am at work just now, but will try again this afternoon. Perhaps server was just busy perhaps?
