I've had a look and I can only see a stock movements reports which would detail the "in and out" transactions associated with your stock items (This report shows the quantities received and dispatched for each stock item during the period specified). It would not split those transactions down by what is in transit and what is not, as I do not believe Sage Accounting would be able to know what is in transit and what isn't, but this might be something you could share with the developers who can take a further look into what is within the technical capabilities of the application.
