Every recurring invoice that I have set up does not trigger.
I have ended up doing the invoices manually, setting the start date to the next month's invoice, and they still don't trigger then.
Can anyone offer any advice please?

Based on what you've told us, it looks like you may be experiencing a technical problem with recurring invoices.

Hi Anth,
I spoke to the 'customer support' and invoices didn't trigger again this month. So far none have triggered at all.
I can't keep spending hours on the phone to get no resolution, am I better just doing them manually?

Hey Shaun,
I've checked on the status of the ongoing ticket ref: AC-6665, and can see this is still awaiting a fix being deployed. I would expect it to be easier to manually create the invoices in the interim until the reported technical issue is fixed by the developers.
I can see your details are on the ticket, along with the other customers who've reported the issue - So we'll notify you when the issue is resolved.

WOW this is not solved at all.. its 2023 and I have just called the helpline and they told me there is a bug waiting to be fixed. Well, its been waiting a long time. Why should we do all the work manually when we have paid for a system to do it for us???
