Hi,
I extracted the nominal balance by month report into excel and it appears with dr and cr in front of each number. Is there a way to extract it with brackets or minus or does this have to be manipulated in excel? Could use some help on the latter if not able to extract in a different format.

I'm afraid your Sage program can only output the file as it has done, you would need to manipulate the file in Excel to achieve your end goal. I'm hoping some members of the Sage City Community can come help with that part of things, I know we have some Excel Wizards in our forums!
