Based on this document, it looks like you'll need information from both Accounting (for CIS), and Payroll. So I'm afraid there would not be a one-for-all report for the CITB Levy Return at this time. I'd recommend you submit a request over at: The Ideas Hub to have the developers look into adding one for you
