signed up and got some sort of error

Hi, I haven't got a clue what is going on but i'm not particularly impressed. I signed up to the free trial (although it isn't clear what product but the cheapest one), the code took ages to arrive and then, when it did I got some error saying there was an error authenticating me, now it doesn't take me back there and it just told me to contact customer services. Just had a diabolical experience from Quickbooks so i've sacked them to. Can't quite afford Xero but it's starting to look like my best option - at least there is 24 hour support. 

Does anybody have any ideas please?
