Repeat Supplier invoices

Sage make you login to your account to get your invoices.

How can we change the system so that SAGE automatically emails invoices every month without needing to logon.

Lots of other companies force you to waste time in the same way, is there a way to post regular payments on system without the need to download invoices?

Hi Joffre,

You can make recurring Bank Payments - would this do what you need?

Assuming your previous payments to this supplier have been from Purchase Invoice payments (which you can't make recurring) you will need to set up the first payment.

Go to Cashbook > Payments > Other.

Adding a supplier is optional, but if you do, it will allocate to their account.

Enter all the details and click the Make Recurring button.
