I am an accountant using the partner edition of Sage. I have one client where the data does not load within Sage Intelligence: the data load icon on the top left of the page is red with an exclamation mark, and when I try to run a report on this screen it does not load.

When I do the same on other clients in my dashboard it works fine. Any ideas?
