Hi Jayne Bradley  Great question! I've heard that a workaround might be achieved using analysis types but I don't have personal experience with this. I'll check in with some contacts on our product team and see if they can help answer.

Thanks for reaching out. Sage Accounting can be used to manage funds and grants through either the Product and Services tab, or through Analysis codes. The help articles for both are here:

We are currently in the process of renewing our learning content for non-profits and Sage Accounting, so we will definitely share that with you once we have that available.
