Thank you for your query.
We do not currently have any reported issues with the Natwest bank feed. I do encourage you to use our Bank Feed Troubleshooting tool to resolve this issue. If this is not something you are able to resolve yourself, it will lead to an escalation for our bank feeds team to investigate on your behalf.
Something to be aware of is that it can take up to 5 working days for your bank feed to update with your transactions however. This is to give your bank time to process your pending transaction and ensure they display correctly, though it will usually update sooner than this.
