If you are referring to the bank balance when you have a connected bank feed, this should be updated along with your transactions within 5 working days, and reflects the balance sent from your bank.

If you have reason to believe your bank feed is not performing as expected, we have a really great Bank Feed Troubleshooting tool to help you resolve this:

Otherwise, the balance from your bank account is the total of all transactions that your have processed through your account, if you feel this may not be correct, you can complete a bank reconciliation to identify the transactions that may be affecting this:
