Company name on file creation

I have been asked by a customer if its possible to put our company name in the created files.

When emailing an invoice Sage creates a PDF "Invoice 12345"

the customer would like it to be "Company Name Invoice 12345"

Can this be done easily?

Is this the name of the PDF file or do you mean what is contained on the subject line within the email that is sent to the customer?

Hi, it’s the name of the PDF. Just now it creates “a invoice 1234” but the client asked if it could create “Company Name Invoice 1234”.
