Bank Feed Rules Dont seem to work

Hi,

I started using the banking feeds and it works fine, it populates the "Transactions from your bank" box fine.

The problem i have is that its not processing the rules. I have setup two rules and none of them seem to Automatically sync. One uses Reference as "Contains" and the other "Equals". Both ticked with "review transactions before posting".

What am i doing wrong please? I am using Direct Feeds and status appears as "Active".

Thanks for using Sage City. Apologies for the late reply to this. We changed over Sage City and some queries were missed by mistake.

you may have already resolved your issue by now but if not, I firstly recommend you check the following guide to make sure you have the rules set up correctly: Bank Feed Rules

If that looks ok, the best thing to do would be to give us a call on 0191 479 5955 when you have some more transactions downloaded, that meet these rules but don't seem to have worked, so we can investigate this further for you.
