Is the bank feed and reconciling feature off-line now?  Two weeks ago I was catching up on all my reconciling (at home) but last Monday this feature seemed to be down.  It transpired that my internet provider had issues so I thought that was the problem.  Yet here we are a week later and still I can not access the bank feeds for both of my banks and the automatic matching and reconciling feature is gone. 

Can someone please tell me if this is a problem with my account or if it is a wider problem with Sage50c?
