CIS REVERSE CHARGE

Hi 
 The SAGE whitepaper suggests that the CIS reverse charge is effective October 2019. The HMRC website suggests October 2020. Can someone confirm that the whitepaper is incorrect?

 I can confirm that the date HMRC are showing is correct. They postponed this legislation until October 2020. Our documentation is currently being updated to reflect this.
