We've just found out that Sage Business Cloud Accounting has a major design flaw... it can't cope with "large" amounts of data.

Over the past few months the software has been running slower and slower, it now takes around 2 minutes to switch between menu options or report views. We called Support to be told there's nothing they can do as it wasn't designed to handle large amounts of data! To put this into perspective, we've only posted 25,000 sales invoices and 2200 purchase invoices in a financial year. We really don't think that should be classed is a large amount of data for a cloud based accounts system from a market leading company!

Has anyone else experienced the same problem and does anyone else have the similar level of transactions?
