Thanks for using Sage City. I’m sorry for the delay in my reply, we’ve currently transitioned to a new system and are catching up with answering outstanding queries. 

If the invoices do not appear on the Audit trail then extend the ‘To’ date to something in the Future like the year 2200 and the ‘from’ date back to 1999, this will show it the transaction has been mis-dated. This is the normal reason for transactions not showing
