Refunds and pure VAT

Question

Hi, 2 questions 
 
 1) I need to enter a refund in banking, and am being told I need to allocate it - but there is no button or option to allocate the refund, or do anything with it and now I'm stuck. 
 2) in banking, how do I indicate that a payment is 100% VAT?

 Thanks for using Sage City. I&rsquo;m sorry for the delay in my reply, we&rsquo;ve currently transitioned to a new system and are catching up with answering outstanding queries. 
 
 You can create refunds through banking, this can only be done against the full value of an unallocated payment or receipt. I have attached the links to refunding a customer receipt, the same process applies to supplier payments

 You cannot show a payment or receipt in banking to be 100% VAT. You can create an invoice which has no sales value but does have VAT and then record payment against it
