If you're having issues connecting to a bank or refreshing a bank feed, then it's a good idea to check our bank feed status page we do currently have an issue reported with the Barclaycard connection, so it may be that you need to wait for this issue to be resolved before adding.

However you can try some steps like clearing your browsing data or using another browser, or looking at suggested steps for any errors you receive that are in this article.
