Sage Bank Feeds Error- Unique Code does not work

I have encountered an error trying to Log In it comes up with an Error has encountered trying to connect to Sage Bank Feeds. This then takes you to the re-connection page and asks for unique code. When I get the email Sage the Hyper Link does not work, has anyone else encountered this problem. As I have tried Sage Phone support and after nearly 3 hours they have not come up with a solution.

    I'm not sure I follow exactly what you are referring to, however I would expect our support team to be able to raise this issue for investigation by our bank feed team.

    Do you know which bank you are trying to connect to?
