Using the recommended browser
We know Sage performs at its best when you use:
- Chrome
- Firefox
- Safari
Refresh the page
Sometimes webpages need a little help showing the right thing. Any unsaved changes will be lost when refreshing your browser:
- Windows - hold down Ctrl and then press F5 on your keyboard.
- Mac - hold down Cmd and Shift and then press R on your keyboard.
Clear your cache and cookies
When using a web browser, it saves information from websites in its cache and cookies. Clearing them fixes certain problems, like loading or formatting issues on sites.
Update your browser
Your browser will most likely update automatically. However, we recommend you check you are running the latest version and keep up to date.
